Karmaloop

and The Cool Kids have teamed up for a $10,000 t-shirt design contest . That dollar amount probably doesn’t excite you very much in this economy….uh, are you serious? I think I might get into the design game for some dough like that.

Here is an excerpt from the design contest page to get you a little jacked up about:

“The Grand Prize winner will take home a never-heard-before $10,000!!! No that’s not a typo with an extra zero– we mean TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! $5,000 will be in cool hard cash and the other $5,000 will be in gift codes to use on Karmaloop.com, to fully lace yourself with a whole new wardrobe!”

Quit wasting time and create something ill that The Cool Kids can’t deny.

KarmaLoopTV Is a Must See (0)

For those of you who aren’t familiar with KarmaLoop

, one of the best places to start an introduction is KarmaLoopTV .  Karma Loop is one of the largest, if not the largest, sellers of streetwear on the Internet.  They sell close to $40 million a year worth of indie and street label apparel and accessories.  We haven’t covered these guys enough and plan to do so a lot more in the future.

They are still run by their founder, Greg Selkoe, and a general rule that he goes by is…” selling your goods to Target can be the kiss of death” as far as KarmaLoop is concerned. The future is much brighter than the company’s past, because Greg had to hustle like mad to get it to the point of where it is.  It is without a doubt a hustle that we can all learn from and hope to emulate.

Like I said, we have much more to come about KarmaLoop the company.  KarmaLoopTV however, is a daily broadcast of street news, hip-hop, and funny sketches that you won’t want to miss.  Like I said…a great place to start getting to know KarmaLoop.
