Electric Z Gets the LuchagorEZ Treatment (0)

Everyone likes a good luchador. Everyone LOVES a good luchagore. What is that you ask? It is when you gore up a Mexican wrestling champion. If you are still having a tough time imagining what that looks like….DerekDeal

made one hell of an illustration for Electric Zombie to show you exactly what that looks like:

I would directly link to this shirt but the URL’s at Buy Electric Zombie

are generic for everything in the store.

Get This Tee Before It’s Endangered (0)

just released a new shirt that the T Addict had to write about. Check it out:

I admit I’m a sucker for these types of life playing out on two levels shirts. With antlers like that it would truly be a terrifying experience all around to see this fellow in your headlights. It’s printed on an American Apparel shirt and is only available for the next seven days so snap it up

while you can before it becomes an endangered species.

Fuzzy Ink Drops the Walrus (0)

The latest addition to the Fuzzy Ink family is “I Am The Walrus

” and yes my friend….you are the walrus. This shirt is an absolute showstopper. The walrus is an extremely regal character but yet he can still rock the trendy urban jacket with a plaid button-down underneath. He’s not formal but certainly could be.

I’ll bet he even brushes that mustache after he shines those tusks. Damn fine Walrus…the T Addict is jealous.

Hide Your Arms Gets A Tee (0)

The T Addict has a special tee

to share with his fellow addicts. It comes from the original t-shirt blogging gangsta Andy at Hide Your Arms . He has decided after four glorious years that it is finally time to create a tee shirt of his own. We commend you for that and you couldn’t have a picked a better designer than Ray from Lowdtown .

Great idea and even better execution!

Linty Fresh’s Tired of the City (0)

Linty Fresh

has continued to release new t-shirts with the founder in China. The latest is called “Tired of the City ” and it goes beautifully with the rest of the brand.

As a special bonus in typical Linty Fresh style, it comes complete with a collector’s edition card of a poem to match. The design is done on a bright yellow shirt and features some pretty interested plumbing. A little closer look reveals the Linty Fresh name in that plumbing.

Once again we see Linty Fresh creatively and subtly working their brand name into the artwork. This is a pretty clever way to increase branding and recognition. It is certainly more artistic and less obtrusive than simply printing the name on the shirt in standard font. Check out a couple of other examples of this strategy used by Linty Fresh before:

Mash Kulture Celebratin’ the Dirty Third (0)

Mash Kulture

is celebrating its 3rd Anniversary they are aptly calling their Dirty Third. What better way to celebrate their dirty third than by creating a t-shirt featuring “the shocker” err…..I mean…. a hand showing the number 3.

It is a collaboration with Tyra Clothing

and they will be sold at a monster party they are throwing on October 29th in celebration. Mash Kulture is a pretty dope site featuring street wear and they came up with a super slick tee to commemorate their anniversary. The T Addict is getting some ideas….

The Sleight of Hare by Fuzzy Ink (0)

The T Addict loves a good design that makes you look a little closer to see exactly whats going on. You know what else the T Addict likes? A good double entendre. I think we have a little bit of both going on here. This t-shirt design, called Sleight of Hare

, is brought to us by Fuzzy Ink .  They are known for featuring mustaches in their designs and this one is no different.

However, this design features more than just hair, it also features a hare.  And the magician doing the trick may have had the fast one pulled on him.  Have I confused you enough? Take a look at their newest shirt and it will all make sense:

It costs $18.95 which is the same as giving it away in these eyes!

The Grafitee Blog Tee (0)

It’s only fair that we show a little T Addict love to the t-shirt blogging gangsta in France called Grafitee

. Not only does Grafitee bring the European slant on t-shirt news and current trends, but they also dropped their own t-shirt . It’s a pretty slick design too!

If only the T Addict could read French, I could tell you more about it. I am good at reading images though, so here goes:

The Black Axe July Review (0)

Published on September 2nd, 2009. By

, under Cool Tees .

The Black Axe Blog just posted their July review

the other day and like usual…it’s filled with some phenomenal work.  This design collective is making a heck of a name for themselves in the t-shirt design world.  The proof is in the pudding when you get a call from Sir Mix-A-Lot’s people asking you to design a tee based on his legendary song Baby Got Back.

Just a mention of the song reminds me “how I’m tired of magazines saying flat butts are the thing“. Ha! You see what I did there…just slid in some Baby Got Back lyrics. After all of these years, it’s good to see the song still gettin’ its cred. The T Addict loves it!

Dobi Gets the Tee of the Day (0)

Published on August 25th, 2009. By

, under Cool Tees .

The T Addict is a fan of the latest TOTD from Emptees

. What is that you say? Why no, I am not tired of zombies or zombie themed t-shirt designs yet. Get over it. As long as I see talent and hard work, I don’t care if it is unicorns eating marshmallows. Now that I think about it, I would like to see a zombie unicorn to unite the best of both worlds. Before I keep rambling any more let me show you the tee of the day by Dobi:

The only question I have is the font selection for the name of the band? Is that the standard font that Fall Out Boy requires or what? Otherwise, I think that part needs to be churched up a little bit. Please let me know if I am missing something here.
