April fools - No joking here, threadless actually took designs that scored low on submissions and printed them. Why? because we don’t know how to choose the best ones apparently. Either way you still get new designs i suppose. Also they have overstocked some of the older designs and are selling off the remaining stock for only $5.

yeah i agree it is a fun way of doing business on april fools, i just hate that those that scored high aren’t given a 2nd look but these designs that took very little effort get printed and awarded

Why? It’s April Fools Day…the regular shirts came out on Monday as usual. Maybe they thought it would be fun?
